Kerri Douglas is hosting a Children's Day event in Castlemaine, with the support of the local Mount Alexander Shire.
Running from 10am – 2pm on Friday August 4th, local kinders, schools and child care centres are invited, along with the general public, to share in a day of activities.
A Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony at 10:30 will open the day.
There will hands-on activities, free showbags, story and dance sessions to join in with, tea and coffee and a free BBQ too.
